Domestic Shipping Policy
- Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
- Shipping rates & delivery estimates

We have been caught in the rising inflation and geopolitical challenges negatively impacting consumers’ purchasing power, as well as small businesses’ ability to operate. It is regrettable we must abandon our original, Free Shipping custom and, thus, implement the following Rate Structure:
- Your order’s SUBTOTAL Does Not include applicable sales tax, fees, etc.
- FREE SHIPPING on GaCBD Life Shoppe™ (Online) Per Order SUBTOTAL of USD$200.00, or more FLAT RATE FEE of USD$8.00 Per Order on GaCBD Life Shoppe™ (Online) orders USD$199.99, or less The Rate Structure will be charged beginning Sunday, 01 MAY 2022 at 12:01amEST (00:01hEST/-0400GMT)
- Your order’s SUBTOTAL Does Not include applicable sales tax, fees, etc.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
Orders over $200.00 will receive free UPS Ground shipping.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We will ship via UPS or USPS.
- Shipment to P.O. boxes or DPO/APO/FPO addresses
Georgia CBD Distributors (www.GeorgiaCBD.Life) will ship to PO Boxes and DPO/APO/FPO addresses via USPS. There will be a delay in shipping via USPS as Georgia CBD Distributors will have to research the postal rates first and notify the customer of the shipping charges via email or telephone call.
Georgia CBD Distributors will ship to addresses within the U.S., and U.S. Territories.
- Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
- Customs, Duties and Taxes
Georgia CBD Distributors (www.GeorgiaCBD.Life) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
- Damages
Georgia CBD Distributors (www.GeorgiaCBD.Life) is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
